This system has two fans: one to introduce fresh, outside air (not from the attic space) to bedrooms and living areas and a second fan to extract warm, moist air from kitchens, bathroom and en-suites.
The fresh air and extract air pass separately through the unique heat exchanger, where heat from the extracted air is transferred to the fresh, incoming air.
