Ventilation standards
New Zealand regulations target mould and dampness in rental homes, as they are harmful for tenants’ health (as well as to your property). All kitchens and bathrooms must have either an extractor fan that vents air to the outside or continuous mechanical ventilation. Our team can recommend an HRV system that will meet the standards and protect your property from internal moisture damage.
